Take Time To Do It Right.

It is better to do 10 exercises in perfect form than it is to do 100 in bad form!! A close to perfect push-up, lunge or squat will work more efficiently to burn calories, sculpt and build the muscle and challenge your body so that you can reach your fitness goals. SLOW DOWN and take the time to do the exercise correctly instead of rushing through it so you can leave the gym. It's not a numbers game, it is a game of form....Try It!!! Next time you exercise slow down and do 10-20 slow and perfect push-ups instead of 100 quick and easy ones. Send me an email and tell me which was more challenging.
